1. Backstory No. 1

This is a promising looking series of events at The Sugar Club.  Donal Dineen hosts and Cork’s Steve G is the first man on the spot challenged with telling a story about music through his record collection.

2. Ich bin eine Dubliner

Some Dublin throw back video indulgence for you.  Here we have JFK visiting Dublin in 1963, triggering city wide Kennedymania with every available flag waving lady and mac wearing gent out to catch a glimpse of POTUS.


3. Players Please

The guys from Dublin Flea put on a massive Christmas flea market every year.  The last 3 have been in a massive never used super market unit in Smithfield but they have found an even sweeter venue this year - the old John Player Cigarette Factory on South Circular Road. 

We had a look at the space, its amazing.

Takes place Friday 11th - Sunday 13th December.   

4. Dublin Art Book Fair 2015 

Into it’s fifth year, the Dublin Art Book Fair takes place this weekend in Temple Bar Gallery + Studios.  They have the latest in art, design, photography and related books by over 50 different Irish and International publishers.

6. Restaurant Day

"1000 pop-up restaurants in 30 countries this Saturday” they say.  This clever event sees people around the world setting up their house/shop/whatever as a pop up restaurant for the day.
